Senior Terminal Management Supervisor (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Maintain and manage local DSP resources, including existing and potential suppliers.

• Responsible for evaluating and overseeing new service providers to ensure supply chain stability.

• Monitor supplier performance, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to optimize efficiency.

• Lead the construction of regional transportation and delivery networks, building an efficient logistics system from 0-1.

• Coordinate DSP supplier resources to ensure seamless delivery processes and improved timeliness.

• Optimize Italy’s delivery network based on business needs to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor and enhance service providers’ performance in cost control, delivery timeliness, and overall service quality.

• Evaluate last-mile delivery processes and market trends, propose optimization strategies, and drive their implementation.

• Participate in formulating delivery fees, terminal transportation subsidies, and other policies to ensure continuous business improvement and growth.

• Collect and analyze competitor insights and market trends to develop effective response strategies.

• Align regional operations with market developments by assisting in the creation of competitive delivery policies to strengthen market positioning.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery industries, with a preference for candidates with terminal management or supplier management experience.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage cross-team collaboration and supplier relationships.

• Adaptability to fast-paced work environments, with stress management and problem-solving abilities.

• Data analysis skills, capable of driving operational optimization through data-driven decision-making.
