Logistics Data Analyst (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Integrate and structure logistics data to create and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage and management.

• Develop real-time data dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Metabase to visualize key metrics like DSP delivery success rate and logistics performance.

• Based on data analysis, generate detailed reports and provide targeted recommendations to support decision-making and operational optimization for different teams.

• Analyze logistics operations issues, identify root causes, and provide data-driven support and solutions.

• Optimize logistics processes using ERP and WMS systems to ensure smooth system operation and improve data flow efficiency.

• Coordinate information flow between different departments to ensure all teams stay updated on the latest logistics developments and data updates.

• Continuously optimize company SOP operations efficiency and enhance DSP operational quality.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.

• Experience in the logistics industry, with proficiency in Power BI, ERP, and WMS systems.

• Strong data analysis skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong cross-department coordination and teamwork skills.
