HR Business Partner (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Understand business strategy; closely collaborate with the business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions.

• Responsible for HR functions in Italy, with extensive engagement across the entire staff lifecycle by implementing initiatives in all HR aspects, including payroll, performance and reward management, talent acquisition, and outsource staff management.

• Build the fundamental HR infrastructure, establish frameworks, and create standardized HR policies and procedures to support the business unit’s growth.

• Work closely with HQ in China on daily HR tasks.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

• 1-3 years of HR experience across all HR functions, preferably with extensive experience in payroll.

• Familiar with local employment laws and regulations.

• Able to communicate and work in Chinese and English; Italian is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, quick learner, and ability to work under pressure.
